Meet Dr. Thomas Christy

Thomas Chirsty, DDS

Dr. Christy was born and raised in Jackson, Michigan. He grew up playing hockey and fly fishing. He graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Human Biology. He then received his DDS from the University of Detroit-Mercy. After graduation, Dr. Christy commissioned into the U.S. Air Force and completed a one-year residency at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, Ohio. 

While in residency he received comprehensive training in wisdom tooth removal under IV sedation, root canal therapy, complex crown and bridge restorations to include implants and gum surgeries. After his residency, Dr. Christy served the next four years in South Korea and Germany before being stationed in Mountain Home. 

Since arriving in Idaho, he has fallen in love with the natural beauty and mountain wilderness that Idaho has in abundance. Dr. Christy enjoys skiing, hiking and golfing in his free time. He can also often be found on the rivers, in the mountains or on the course.
