David attended BYU for his bachelor’s degree and BSU for his MBA and dental assisting degree. He joined the practice when it first opened in 2001, and loves working in the town and with the people he grew up with; not to mention the new patients that come to Mountain Home for the Air Force or other reasons. He loves the variety of his job and how he gets to interact with patients, staff, vendors and others. His job is to coordinate all the moving parts of the practice to make sure things run smoothly.

David has a wife named Jana, five kids, eight grandkids and two dogs. His hobbies include swimming, spinning, traveling and taking naps.

Samantha received her bachelor’s degree in psychology at the University of Maryland Global Campus. She has worked in the field of dentistry for seven years, and joined our team in 2023. She loves our teamwork and helping people feel good about their smile, as well as helping them with their dental goals and finances.

Samantha has a partner named Alex and loves shopping, watching movies and going to book stores in her spare time.

Codi received her education from Olympic College in Washington State, and has a background in technical writing and communications. She has 22 years of experience in the dental field and joined our team 10 years ago after she moved to Mountain Home. She loves serving a very diverse community and continues to come back to the community for the amazing patients and opportunities.

Codi has a son and daughter, and loves fishing, skiing and traveling in her free time.

Dylan is an Idaho native who grew up in Treasure Valley. He graduated from the College of Western Idaho with his dental assisting technical certification before joining our team in November 2024. He works in collaboration with our dentists during procedures and assists the entire office in caring for patients. He likes being able to connect with the community and help them achieve the smiles they want.

In his free time, Dylan likes to box and spend time outdoors BBQing or fishing with loved ones.

Jennifer received her education in dental assisting at Apollo College, and her dental hygiene degree at Apollo and Carrington college. She joined our team in March 2014 and loves our patients and our fun atmosphere. She enjoys educating patients on their oral hygiene, gingivitis and periodontal disease with laughter and a fun time.

Jennifer’s family consists of her husband, horses, dogs and cats. Her hobbies include barrel racing, music and hunting.

Kiley graduated from Carrington College in 2022 before eventually joining our team in January 2024. She loves how everyone is truly a family here and how we help each other through the crazy days. She believes our assistants keep the practice afloat, and that we would be lost without them.

Kiley has a fiancé named Bailey. She loves to paddleboard with him and their German shepherd, as well as camping and hiking.

Amour has been at Family Dental Care for almost 20 years. She loves being part of an amazing family-oriented team and providing the community with denture services so that our patients do not have to travel out of town to receive dental prosthetic care.

Carmela attended the dental assistant program at the College of Southern Idaho before eventually joining our team in August 2021. She tries to make patients feel safe and comfortable during their care and helps with any bilingual necessities through speaking Spanish. The best part about this practice is the patients and the people she works with. She is married to her husband, Keanu and they have their own little princess.

Faith graduated in March 2025 from NM Dental Academy and joined our team soon after. She enjoys being part of a supportive team that works together to create a comfortable, caring environment for patients. Her job entails creating a positive and efficient environment for both patients and the dental team.

Faith has a husband who serves in the Air Force as a firefighter and they have a dog named Bentley. Faith loves to hike and discover new areas.

Halle attended the College of Western Idaho for her dental assisting degree before she started working at Family Dental Care in 2025. She enjoys learning new things and patient care while assisting the doctor and taking care of patients.

Halle has a fiancé named Harrison and she enjoys weightlifting, reading and playing soccer.

Leanna joined our practice in October 2020.
